We had to stay only the night in Korea to get a plane back home. The hotel offers checkin at any time so it was great since we arrived at 23:00 and we had no problem at all, it's also just 15min taxi ride from the airport

The room was clean but the furniture and the room overall looked kind of old and dull. But we didn't expect much more for the price

It was an okay stay.

The bathroom, the location & friendly staff.

The expensive van drivers who took my money & did not help me hardly at the airport & they charged way to much to ride less than 5 mins. The advertisement was free airport shuttle from hotel.

They were very accommodating to me having a cat. They were also nice enough to let me check out one hour later since my flight was in the evening. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is average but the staff is expectional! Exceeded customer service. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt 2 weeks prior and their customer staff was not as good as here.
